Terrible Company

Freelancer has zero support. If a freelancer decides to ignore you and ditch your project, you have to pay a fee to get freelancer to handel the situation. After paying for a project that was ditched and never completed, I was denied a refund under the bases that it allied with their terms and conditions. Instead my account was "limited" because of the refund dispute. This basically means that live chat support is disabled, which never worked in the first place. No phone number, and the support ticket system takes FOREVER to get a reply, if your lucky enough to get one. Read up on the reviews of this company first!
