Why give a 1 star because there is not a version for iPad? That seems pretty unreasonable. This is a addition to freelancer.com Totally LOVE it, I can track my messages from workers or companies hiring for work from my phone. Thank you so much. Two thumbs up.

Messaging functions work great. This a real time saver as you dont need anymore to be glued to your pc.

Basically this app is only for chatting with clients. I excepted some more...

Lets me keep in contact with my freelancer while Im out and about during the day. Woohoo!

I use this website and app daily but unfortunately it seems to crash after every bid I place which is super inconvenient.

Like the app, but it has been crashing and closing itself down for 3 hours. Please do sth!

Some bad moments

Im trying to look at projects to bid on and the app doesnt even show the example images the project poster has provided. Would be helpful if this was updates.

The message notification shows a part of a new message, but in the inbox of the app the message is not displayed. Fx, only the attachments show, not the message included with the attachment.

Website is pretty neat and overall experience with freelancer.com is good but the iPhone app is terrible. Its painfully slow and very buggy. The most annoying thing is the chat. Messages do not display correctly when sent with a file and I have 2 chats active with the same person. When you have a platform like this Im sure you can hire a good developer so please do it. I hope v3.0 will be better.

Freelancer has zero support. If a freelancer decides to ignore you and ditch your project, you have to pay a fee to get freelancer to handel the situation. After paying for a project that was ditched and never completed, I was denied a refund under the bases that it allied with their terms and conditions. Instead my account was "limited" because of the refund dispute. This basically means that live chat support is disabled, which never worked in the first place. No phone number, and the support ticket system takes FOREVER to get a reply, if your lucky enough to get one. Read up on the reviews of this company first!

Cannot click links in messages sent by freelancer staff to bid on. So its better if you allow to project details page and bid directly from messages.

There is no way to view the project details of the client youre chatting with. The interface is terrible and shows messages as being unread that have already been read. Bidding on projects is clunky and subpar at best. Pretty much the only thing I use this for is chatting with potential employers to tell them that Im on mobile and will message them when I get home. They should hire a freelancer to fix this app. I know a site they could use to find one.
