I use this website and app daily but unfortunately it seems to crash after every bid I place which is super inconvenient.

I love freelancer but this app is very bad! Crawling slowly and constantly crashing. And I cant easily switch between bids and freelancers and chat. Please fix and I will give 5 star rating!

Really bad and glitchy site with attitude from the staff.

Always closing itself. Not user friendly. I have this app but always working on the site.

We cant even sign up, its not an application. It made me crazy.

Like the app, but it has been crashing and closing itself down for 3 hours. Please do sth!

Terrible app. Crashes all the time.

Freelancer has zero support. If a freelancer decides to ignore you and ditch your project, you have to pay a fee to get freelancer to handell the situation. After paying for a project that was ditched and never completed, I was denied a refund under the bases that it allied with their terms and conditions. Instead my account was "limited" because of the refund dispute. This basically means that live chat support is disabled, which never worked in the first place. No phone number, and the support ticket system takes FOREVER to get a reply. Read up on the reviews of this company first!

All useful features on the website were taken away from the app. I cant see anything that I want to use.

hired someone- he ended up deleting my entire cpanel and blackmailing me for more money - when I complained to freelancer - they froze MY account And kept his ! They cover up for criminals ! I will NEVER work with them ! I hire people on upwork all the time and their support is great when you need !

Most posts are people looking to hire whores. If thats the case, change the apps name. ??? The professionalism of this app really bothers me.

With the amount of developers on the site, youd think the app will function properly. Must say, Im painfully disappointed.

I like the design of the app, but it crashes almost every time I open it. When it does open, it cannot load my projects. It hangs showing the loading image with no sign of loading any content. Freelancer can do better than this.

From my mobile browser I tried to Chat someone who bid on a project. It took me to a page to download the mobile app. Downloaded the mobile app... and when I click on the Chat button from the mobile app, it tells me to download the mobile app that Im already using. Who created this? Better question, who tested this?

You cant search for jobs after you have bid on one. Isnt this one of the major parts of this website/app? Its totally useless to me if I cant bid on projects.

I tried about 20 different usernames and they all failed. Theres no way about 15 of them were actually being used. I couldnt even register to go any farther.
